A day at the Dog Park...

Zoe's first visit and what fun! Only 2 other dogs this time. Just enough to make for a nice outing.

Big sister...help me!!

Zoe' was put in 'time-out' but instead of going to her bed, she ran to Sophie. The best part is, Sophie 'allowed' her to sit next to her!!  Now that is love.

Yesterday Zoe' had the misfortune of falling into the pool.
I had only turned around to open the door for Sophie and when I turned back around I could see the water moving in the pool. Since there was no wind...I knew what happened. I rushed to the side and the poor baby had swim 1/4 of the way around towards me... I grabbed her, rushed indoors for a nice rub down and a low warm hair dryer!
The temp of the water was 55 degrees....She's fine, but as you can see Sophie is a bit protective of her today.

The girls, do anyway. They had fun for while playing tug o' war. Dh cut the bottom out...giving them room to almost crawl threw...
My asthma is acting up so I have to be real careful not to laugh too much!! LOL

                                                Each afternoon Sophie waits and watches.
I just noticed that I have not put away all the nick nacks that Zoe' has gotten into. She found them on the window ledge and had a blast with all the nautical stuff. Not like she doesn't have her own 'toys'....

Getting cozy....

After a few days of not feeling well and doing nothing but laying around its time to get busy. This is the last of 3 afghans I am making for the grand kids.  As you can see, Zoe' is really enjoying the warmth. 

 They were never allowed to be near the other 4 I have made...so she feels honored to lay on this one! My daughter has 3 pups herself, so I did not think she would mind...

What is it they say about curiosity...

Dh is working on the fireplace and a little wall touch up...Under a ladder is a fun place for Sophie and of course Zoe' has something in her mouth! Nothing new there! lol
