Last pictures of bunnies....

Today ...all bunnies have left the yard. Tonight we will close the area where mommy bunny came in. I cleaned out the area real well. Bitter sweet. But what a week...lol

7 is a good number...

Yesterday there was a lot of movement under the mound of grown cover....Well this morning, this is what we saw:

Gotta love spring time....

Last week, the pups were making more noise then usual. No ducks in the pool so I had to wonder what was going on.

Here is what I found. Both on guard. Hummm. What now. After really, really looking I did find under the ground cover a nest. No, I didn't look but heard and saw the 'mound' moving. That was enough for me! I guess momma Bunny guessed it was a safe place.

Here it is! Their very own 'playpen'! LOL  I did read they get out of the nest and forge for food...(poor plants) and walk around. Did not want them to walk into the pool OR into the clutch of either pup. SO.....now we wait. There is an area behind under the privacy fence they may be able to leave on their own or I can take them to a rescue place for wildlife in our area. Time will tell.

It's been a while...

I love Fridays! NOT! Trash day and the pups go nuts. That's ok. Good exercise. This morning Miss Sophie was to busy looking up towards the tree in hopes of seeing a bird, slipped and backed into the pool! Did I mention its 37 degrees? Here she is all better. All this before by coffee! It's all good...All clean, dried and waiting for breakfast!

Now this one was taken back in December...DH thought he hid the empty candy wrapper...Not well enough. Found Zoe in the craft/sewing room...guilty as charged! LOL

Silly girl...Zoe and her 'treasures'...

...she loves to find a 'treasure' and carry it around all day! This time she found this little doily that I had washed but dropped in the laundry room. She found it and better to have it with her bone too!
